Across Emaar’s Dubai Hills community, RBS installed rubber crumb safety surfacing for play and public spaces — impact-absorbing, seamless, and coloured to the masterplan’s landscape language.
Family developments live or die on their public realm; the surfacing had to be safe underfoot for children, and stay that way through years of full sun.
