Metallic epoxy is a floor caught mid-flow. Fine metallic pigments are floated across a poured resin and coaxed into motion, so the surface swells with clouds, veins and pools of light. When it sets, that movement is captured for good — a still photograph of something that was, for a few hours, alive. The result is seamless, glass-smooth, and deep: the shimmer shifts as you cross the room, and no two floors are ever the same.

Does it scratch or wear out?
It's a hard, sealed resin floor built for daily life, and it wipes clean easily. Like any glossy surface it shows dust and footprints between cleans, and years down the line the clear topcoat can be refreshed to bring the shine back — without touching the metallic layer beneath.
Is every floor really unique?
Yes. The metallic movement is created live during the pour and can never be repeated exactly, so your floor is genuinely one of a kind. We sample your palette first so you know the character you're getting before we start.
Will it yellow in the sun?
Epoxy prefers interiors and can amber under years of strong direct sunlight, so for sun-drenched rooms we'll advise honestly and specify a UV-stable topcoat — or point you to a surface better suited. We'd rather set the right expectation than sell the wrong floor.
Is it slippery?
The standard finish is smooth and glossy. Where grip matters — a step, a wet threshold — we can add a fine anti-slip additive to the topcoat without losing the depth of the metallic look.

Metallic epoxy flooring in Dubai starts from AED 160/m², supply and install. Multi-layer designer pours start from around AED 200/m², and flake or solid-colour epoxy from AED 160/m². Larger areas price lower per square metre; exact quotes follow a site visit.
What's the difference between metallic epoxy and microcement?
Metallic epoxy is a glossy, mirror-smooth poured resin floor with three-dimensional metallic movement — a reflective, dramatic look. Microcement is a matte, mineral, hand-trowelled surface that also goes on walls and in bathrooms. Epoxy is the showpiece floor; microcement is the calm, seamless all-rounder.
Can metallic epoxy go over an existing floor?
In most cases yes — it's poured over a sound, properly prepared substrate such as existing screed or tiles. The preparation is what makes it last, so the base is assessed on a site visit before any pour is quoted.
How long does a metallic epoxy floor take to install?
Typically several days: the base is prepared, the metallic layer is poured, and clear topcoats are applied — each with its own cure time. The floor should stay out of use until the final coat has fully cured.
Is metallic epoxy suitable for outdoors or direct sun?
It's an interior floor. Epoxy can amber under years of strong direct sunlight, so for sun-drenched or outdoor areas we'll recommend a UV-stable topcoat or a more suitable surface. We'll always give you the honest answer for your space.
Do you offer a warranty, and do you cover areas outside Dubai?
Yes — a one-year workmanship warranty on top of material guarantees, and our crews pour floors across the UAE, Abu Dhabi and the northern emirates included.
