Seamless resin floors, poured by hand
Epoxy flooring is a poured resin surface that cures to one seamless, jointless plane — no grout lines, no seams, just a continuous floor sealed hard against daily life. What changes is the character. A metallic pour floats pigments into shifting clouds of light for a floor that’s genuinely a centrepiece. A solid colour gives a clean, modern, uninterrupted surface. Flake broadcasts coloured chips for texture, grip and extra toughness where a floor takes a beating.
We’re a decorative-surfaces company first, so we lay epoxy for how it looks as well as how it lasts — and we’ll steer you to the finish that fits your room rather than the one that’s easiest to sell.
The right floor for the space
Every epoxy floor RBS lays is poured and finished by our own trained crews — because a resin pour is a one-shot, live process where skill decides the result. We assess the substrate, prepare it properly, pour your chosen finish, and seal it to a hard, wipe-clean surface. If a statement metallic is what you’re picturing, start with metallic epoxy in Dubai; to understand the material itself, see how it works.
Why Dubai chooses RBS for epoxy floors
Decorative epoxy, done properly
We're a decorative-surfaces company, not an industrial coater. Our epoxy floors are laid for looks as much as durability — metallic depth, clean colour, considered detail — by crews who finish surfaces for a living.
Poured by our own crews
A resin pour is a one-shot, live process. Every RBS floor is poured and finished in-house, never handed to a subcontracted day crew learning on your slab.
The right finish for the room
Metallic for a statement, solid colour for a clean modern look, flake for grip and hard wear. We'll match the finish to how the space is actually used.
Seamless and sealed
No joints, no grout — one continuous surface sealed to wipe clean and take daily traffic, then refreshable years down the line.
Your questions, answered straight
Which epoxy finish is right for me?
Metallic epoxy is the showpiece — glossy, reflective, three-dimensional. Solid-colour epoxy gives a clean, seamless modern floor. Flake (a chip-broadcast finish) adds texture, grip and hard wear, which suits busier and utility spaces. We'll walk you through the trade-offs for your room.
Does epoxy scratch or wear out?
It's a hard, sealed resin floor built for daily life and it wipes clean easily. Glossy finishes show dust and footprints between cleans; the clear topcoat can be refreshed years later to restore the look without redoing the whole floor.
Is epoxy suitable for direct sun or outdoors?
Epoxy is an interior floor and can amber under years of strong direct sunlight. For sun-drenched or outdoor areas we'll specify a UV-stable topcoat or point you to a better-suited surface — the honest answer for your space, every time.
Can it go over my existing floor?
Usually yes — it's poured over a sound, properly prepared substrate such as screed or existing tiles. The base preparation is what makes it last, so it's assessed on a site visit before any pour is quoted.
Where we pour it
Seamless epoxy suits almost any interior floor that wants to lose its joints:
- Living rooms & entrance halls
- Showrooms & retail
- Offices & studios
- Hotels & lobbies
- Home cinemas
- Utility & feature floors

Frequently asked
How much does epoxy flooring cost in Dubai?
Epoxy flooring in Dubai starts from AED 160/m², supply and install, for metallic, flake or solid-colour finishes. Multi-layer designer pours start from around AED 200/m². Larger areas price lower per square metre; exact quotes follow a site visit.
What types of epoxy flooring does RBS offer?
Metallic epoxy (glossy, reflective, one-of-a-kind), solid-colour epoxy (clean and seamless), and flake epoxy (chip-broadcast for grip and hard wear). All are poured and sealed by our own crews; the right one depends on the look and traffic of your space.
How long does an epoxy floor take to install?
Typically several days: the base is prepared, the epoxy is poured, and clear topcoats are applied — each with its own cure time. The floor should stay out of use until the final coat has fully cured.
Can epoxy go over existing tiles or screed?
In most cases yes, over a sound and properly prepared substrate. The preparation is the part that makes it last, so the base is checked on a site visit before quoting.
Is epoxy flooring good for a garage or high-traffic area?
Flake and solid-colour epoxy are well suited to harder-wearing and utility spaces thanks to their grip and toughness, while metallic is best kept for showpiece interior floors. We'll recommend the finish that matches how the space is used.
Do you offer a warranty and cover areas outside Dubai?
Yes — a one-year workmanship warranty on top of material guarantees, and our crews pour floors across the UAE, Abu Dhabi and the northern emirates included.
