Privacy policy.

RBS Group ("we") operates rbsgroup.ae. This page explains what information the site handles and the choices you have. The short version: we collect very little, and only to respond to you and understand how the site is used.

What we collect

When you contact us — by WhatsApp, phone or email — we receive the details you choose to share (your name, contact details and your message) and use them only to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to deliver your project. WhatsApp conversations are additionally governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

Analytics

The site may use Google Analytics to understand visits in aggregate — pages viewed, approximate location, device type. This involves cookies set by Google. We do not use this data to identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to anything on this site.

AI photo preview

If you use the photo preview on our "See it on your home" page, and only after you tick the consent box, your photo is shrunk in your browser (which removes its location data) and sent once to Google's Gemini AI service, whose servers are in the USA, to make the concept image. We do not store your photo or the image, and they are not used to train the AI. To keep the service free and fair, we count how many previews each visitor makes, using a small cookie and a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address; these counts are deleted after 8 days. A Cloudflare robot check runs before the photo is sent.

If you use the same preview on our WhatsApp preview number, and only after you tap "I agree", your photo is sent to the same Google service in the same way. There, we keep your photo and the preview for 30 days so our team can see them if you contact us, then delete them. We count your previews and remember your choices using a scrambled (hashed) form of your phone number, not the number itself; these are deleted after 30 days without use. WhatsApp itself is run by Meta, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

If you send us photos of your space for a quotation, our team may use the same Google service to prepare concept images of it in the finishes we quote. The copies used in that tool and the concept images are deleted from it after at most 30 days (never longer than the 30 days promised for a WhatsApp preview), and they are not used to train the AI.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your information, run advertising trackers, or send marketing you didn't ask for. Enquiry details are shared only within RBS and with no third parties beyond the services needed to respond (e.g. email, WhatsApp).

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations in the UAE, then delete it. You can ask us at any time to see or delete the information we hold about you — write to info@rbsgroup.ae and we'll take care of it.
