How much does metallic epoxy cost in the UAE?

From AED 160 per square metre for a straightforward pour on a sound, prepared substrate, rising toward AED 320/m² for larger commercial areas, more elaborate colour-blending, or a build-up with extra protective topcoats. A typical 60m² showroom or garage floor runs roughly AED 10,000–19,000 supplied and installed. What actually moves the price

Substrate condition. Metallic epoxy is poured directly onto a prepared floor, so the starting condition of that floor matters more here than with almost any other surface. A slab with old coatings to strip, cracks to fill, or moisture issues to address before the pour can even begin adds real cost before a drop of colour goes down.

Area and shape. Why metallic epoxy isn’t priced like a standard resin floor

Poured resin floors like poured epoxy are largely a controlled, repeatable process — mix, pour, level, seal. Metallic epoxy adds a genuinely artisanal step in the middle: while the resin is still fluid, pigments are worked across the surface by hand to create the clouds, veins and pooling that give the floor its depth, and that movement is permanent the moment it sets. That hand-guided window is why the floor is one of a kind, and it is also why the labour — not the material itself — is the larger part of what you’re paying for.

What a cheap metallic epoxy quote is usually missing
